Standard for Containerized Diesel Generator Sets
According to international standard container design and manufacturing, 20 feet are used for containers below 1000KVA, and 40 feet are used for containers above 1250KVA; Having CSC certification in compliance with international container safety conventions, the entire set can be directly shipped as a standard container, greatly saving transportation costs; Two explosion-proof lights are installed inside the container/one explosion-proof light is installed on the control screen for easy operation and maintenance by users; The container can be opened both in front and behind, and there are side doors on both sides of the box for easy maintenance and repair by users. There is a ladder outside the box; All hinges, locks, and bolt parts are made of stainless steel, and anti wave and anti rainwater intrusion devices are installed inside the container; The control screen and output switch cabinet are located on the same side of the container, making it convenient for users to perform daily operations and connect output cables; The standard configuration includes a permanent magnet excitation PMG system, which improves the starting ability of the motor and has immunity to waveform distortion; The fuel tank and pipelines, oil discharge, muffler, and other unique design features are highly favored by users; The interior of the silent box is not only made of high-performance, anti-aging, flame-retardant sound insulation materials and sound-absorbing materials, but also has a wonderful design for air intake and exhaust noise reduction
